Find an updated interior with three flat-screen TVs and lagoon views. Incredible amenities include multiple pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, basketball, tennis, and a playground for the kids.

When you're not taking advantage of the on-site perks, the pristine shoreline is just a short walk from your door. This condo also sits between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park.

LIVING AREA

Lounge after fun-filled days on the sectional in the sunny living area, which is also fitted with a smart TV. The couch converts to a full-size sleeper for an additional sleeping option.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances as well as helpful gadgets necessary to create your favorite recipes.

When meals are ready, gather together at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and one full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also has a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Boats, including kayaks and canoes, are not permitted on the property.

This ground-floor unit is accessed via a flight of five steps from the parking area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
