Off the beaten path but close to downtown

Was a nice place to stay Off the beaten path but close to downtown. Owner was very responsive & the place was decently clean

Cute but Dusty

The house was cute, adjacent to the hood. The bathrooms were not clean, the house was very dusty, the fridge was dirty with food left in it from previous guests, the front yard was overgrown, whereas the neighbors yards were cut &cared for. We spent the first 2 hours cleaning the bathrooms, floors and kitchen. Reached out to owner twice during stay no response. I think at the very least I should get the cleaning fee back.

Over all a good experience

Overall everything was great! We appreciated the champagne left for us when we couldn’t check in on time due to a previous renter checking out late. Slightly strange was the amount of food left in the fridge. There was meat, veggies, and lots of condiments,. There wasn’t room for our food that we brought with us. Usually the refrigerator is clean and empty.

Nashville podcast run

Nice bungalow with plenty of amenities. Neighborhood is undergoing revitalization but very convenient to downtown via ride share. Clean, cozy, comfortable.
