Beautiful new villa (175m2) from 20110 with stunning panoramic views of the sea, the island of Porquerolles, the Giens peninsula and the Maurische massif, and that from almost every room. The villa is located in a very quiet location near the golf course of Valcros, the beaches and the shops. The three terraces (the largest is covered) allow you to enjoy the beautiful Provence sunshine and many facilities are available: private swimming pool, boulodrome, parental suite with balneo bath, TV, DVD, free internet / WIFI , etc ....
The bedrooms are all with air conditioning, so you can also sleep comfortably in the Provenzahlian nights.

We are a Danish / French family residing in Switzerland.
What makes this property unique
The villa is as new and has all you need for a relaxing holiday with the family. In the summer you can stay more or less outside all the time, on the covered terrace in the shadow relaxing or having a good French meal (from the grill or the kitchen just next to the terrace). The children will enjoy the pool for hours and everyone will have a excellent holiday time in the villa and surroundings.
