The house consists of two apartments. The plot is about 830 m² and is located directly behind the dune forest and borders a residential area. The beach is about 15 minutes.

The property has 3 parking spaces, and a garden shed with garaging for bicycles. Both apartments are heated by underfloor heating. The three bedrooms and the bath are located upstairs. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. The living room, the kitchen and the shower room are located on the ground floor.

Familienurlaub an der Ostsee.

Aufenthalt war super, alles wie angegeben und alles vorhanden. Entfernung zum Strand war ok, innerhalb von ca 20min zu erreichen.

Schönes Haus

Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, obwohl es an der Hauptstraße liegt, hört man vom Verkehr nichts. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit auch zu fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. alles in der nähe. Im Haus könnte man das Küchenzubehör noch etwas verbessern... Scharfe Messer sind leider keine vorhanden und das ein oder andere "gewöhnte" fehlte uns. Was uns aber jetzt auch nicht so störte das wir dafür ein punkt abziehen würden ;)
