Recently updated / vacation rental! 1 Queen size Bed, 1 bath, and Bunk bed in Hallway for two kiddos/ twin beds & pack in Play (baby crib)- makes this a great Family Vacation Spot. Or, pullout sofa bed for bigger kids. 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 Beach Bikes included during peak summer season! Private Beach Access is yours across the street, approximately 90 steps!

Excellent Location on the border of Destin and Miramar Beach, FL. Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Beach and Beach Road Excursions make this a family friendly, couple getaway, and a place for all to relax, unwind, or play and play till the kids fall to sleep!!

Recently decorated for enjoying a space across the street from the beach. Bike ride to your favorite restaurant or deli then beach for the rest of the day. Grill out, your choice or deep sea fishing ... grill your catch then hang by either of 2 pools! Deep sea Fishing with one of Destin's Many Fishing Fleet Boats 4 hours, 6 hours, or 16 hours if you would like! Destin is the Largest Fishing Fleets in the US...so, be prepared to enjoy the harbor and harbor walk! Local Fishing Captains will keep you up to date on which Fish is in season and size to keep for your trip home. And, continue enjoying your local Catch. We have a few of our favorites, so please do not hesitate to ask!

Rent a boat and schedule your Deep Sea fishing, then, relax at Crab Island for a fun Day of Exploring / hanging out! Lots of options on our Gulf of Mexico / On the Water. Numerous excursions to the East are fun - filled, too!

Looking forward to hearing if you relaxed and unwound or found you new passion here in Northwest Florida! Surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, golfing, or just shopping the special boutiques located nearby! The Dolphin Reef is just to the east of our private beach by 500 feet! Shopping and Restaurants are in walking distance, if needed. However, a car will take you to Seaside, etc whenever your heart desires! International Currencies Welcome, exchange rate applied.

Just a wonderful lil break.

Although it has been a lil cold and gloomy over the past few weeks, the convenience and beauty of this spot of the gulf is unmatched. Suzette has been absolutely wonderful to deal with… very responsive and accommodating - we would book another month… if we could.

Family vacation

We’ve stayed in Gulf View before, and love the location. Suzette was easy to talk to and gets hold of quickly. she helped with a couple issues we had with the cable which was no fault to her. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect location

We really enjoyed our week in Destin-Miramir Beach the area is beautiful. Condo was as described online and location was great, it is directly across the street from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels were provided which we don't always find in other Condos. Owner, Suzette was very nice and easy to work with, she responded quickly throughout the reservation process and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!!
