My husband and I rented this place just for sleeping arrangements as we had a full day fishing trips booked for both Saturday and Sunday.
Great camper , clean, we did bring our own linens but we didn’t need to as they were provided ..
Only gave four stars for “location of property” because that was not elaborated upon booking… I guess we had assumed that it would be at a campground as it was pictured at a campground. Unfortunately, it is located in a driveway of a large home backed up against a row of trees. We had planned on having a small fire at a campground and Roasting marshmallows and such at night but our plans were thwarted with that … -all in all it was clean and was what we needed for the weekend
Late check in because of a sanitary issue (turned away 2 times - for 2 hours). Checked in to a wet surface everything.
No sheets. No cutlery, cups, pans or gas. Tv didn’t work and fridge was disgusting.
Spent hours looking for alternative accommodation. Unable to sleep as no sheets, beds awful. Location dreadful - next to a house with litter strewn around. A refund and compensation for a family trip (overseas visitors) still wouldn’t compensate.
Disappointed beyond measure.
Ryan was very accomodating and friendly. He made great recommendations on local food and things to do including vegetarian and gluten free spots. When we had a small hiccup with the water in trailer, he was quick to come over and fix it. The space was clean and we would definitely come again.
Had a great stay in this clean camper that's tucked away in a nice quiet lot. The host is very hospitable and responsive, and made sure we had what we needed. He made great recommendations of things to do and restaurants to eat at. The kids loved the novelty of staying in a camper and loved digging around for bugs in the yard.

Laurel was oh so Lovely!
Ryan was a wonderful host. He suggested The Love Lane kitchen which had great food at a great price. Next door is Lombardi’s which had excellent Italian fare. We ordered Italian sub with prosciutto and mozzarella and kept it in a cooler to bring to the wineries. He also suggested Claudio’s which we found to be excellent seafood and atmosphere. We were able to explore lighthouses at both points. (Orient and Montauk) We also took the north and south ferry across the island. The camper was clean and wonderfully maintained. Wi-Fi was a little weak but hey we were on vacation! Look forward to going back again.
