Built in 1900, this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home has been beautifully renovated throughout, and is ready for you to enjoy! Cape Escape comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the chefs kitchen, or step outside to the beautifully landscaped yard and patio area complete with a gas grill, fire pit, and seating for all. Here you will be centrally located, with a short 10 minute drive to the airport, 3 blocks from the neighborhood Publix, and just over a mile to Palafox Street where you can enjoy dining, shopping, galleries, farmer's markets, music, and sunsets at the pier. Just 4 blocks to Bayfront Park and Graffiti Bridge where you will have water access, or take a 10-minute drive to enjoy the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach and see what all the Emerald Coast has to offer!

Nice cozy and clean house

Everything was nice and clean, everything worked. Very close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and decorated. Just a nice place.

East Hill Adorable Home

Great home for a quick 4 night stay to celebrate our son's Winging. The second floor was hard to control the temperature but we eventually figured it out. Wish there were heavier bedding options, a few extra bath towels, kleenex, and a replacement propane tank as it ran out on fire pit after one night and the barbecue did not ignite. Overall the stay was great. Location, decor, yard, and neighborhood were A+. Thank you.
