Beautiful inside but ugly on the outside

The apartment was beautifully decorated. But I can NOT recommend that anyone stays there. The corridor smelled of urine, once in the apartment, one of the apartment entrances was unlocked from the outside which left us feeling unsafe. The owner definitely keeps the inside nice but the neighborhood and area is rural, old, feels unsafe and is no where that I can recommend someone to stay. Please be safe out here.

Great little stay!

This place was VERY clean, close to downtown West Hartford. Nice and quiet area compared to the stereotypical nightlife of a city.

Actually I grew up in the City Of Hartford 2 miles from where this apartment that looks all dazzling online is located It was a ghetto then filled with drugs and dangerous activity and once I pulled into the neighborhood I knew I had been duped , this the no refund policy I’m guessing. I received several emails on the day I was supposed to stay at the property and I responded and apparently the owner wants to behave like they could not see my emails or acknowledge them I sent pictures of the neighborhood to my bank and requested my money be refunded immediately if this company tries to take my harder and money back I will take legal action. I didn’t move out of that ghetto infested area to go back and rent a room there with my children It’s been 34 years since I lived there so they got me when they gave me the cross streets and I did not remember but just the same peoples lives will be put in danger as well as their vehicles if they stay at this residence.

Visiting granchildren

The apartment was well appointed and after looking in all the cupboards/closets we found all that we needed for our stay. It was clean, fairly noise free, and the AC window units worked well for those hot summer days.
