Waterfront 3br 2ba home on Long Lake St Agat

Cozy 3bd 2br lake front home on Long Lake in St. Agatha. Less than 5 minutes from the Lakeview Restaurant, Direct access to Long Lake for the best snowmobile trails in the state and trophy Landlocked salmon ice fishing in the winter. Troll the lake in the spring for excellent salmon fishing also. Waterfront includes walk in access to the water, a fire ring for outdoor fires, two car garage for keeping snowmobiles under cover room to park two vehicles outside full kitchen and laundry on site. The property is old and is constantly undergoing updates and renovations. New flooring in the first floor last year, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator. Planned updates, first floor bathroom renovation as the current shower is very small and installation of heat pumps this season.

Very nasty and run down.
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. This place needs a complete Reno. There are holes in the floor under the nasty rugs. There are all kinds of trip hazards upstairs with an over sized rug. The toilet seat was an antique padded seat. Very nasty. We had to wash any dishes we used. We had to wash the floors as our feet would stick to the floor. I could go on with more but I think I’ve made my point.

House met our needs. Outdoor fire pit and fishing from the backyard was great. The one draw back is the shower is small, so my son who's 6'2 was crunched.

Great stay
This is a great place to spend your vacation, contacted Justin with a couple small problems and was very fast to reply and super fast to fix problems. I would definitely stay again.
