About this property

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We welcome families and friends who want to get together for a relaxing stay in beautiful Key West! Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise on the ocean from deck. Experience living in one of Key West's tallest residences, but don't worry about all those stairs! There's also a private elevator available!

Situated a little differently than the average home, enter on the ground floor (which includes the small heated "treadmill" type pool, grill, and ping pong table). From here, you can either take the elevator to the floor of your choice, or head up the stairs. Bedrooms are located on the 1st above ground floor, the main master and "kid" room are located on the 2nd floor, and the spacious kitchen and dining room along with the living room are located on the top floor. Each floor has 2 private balconies.

I don't live on site, but my co-host will be available to assist with any questions you may have. She will take good care of you:)

Bicycles available as an add on rentals. Parking is limited and a pass is required. Lyft & Uber are widely available on the island. The home is less than a mile from the airport.

So many add-ons to enhance your stay including car rental, bike rental, and beach equipment (Stand-up paddle board/kayak combo, snorkel gear) - all available for an extra charge to add to your Key West experience.

Perfect spot to explore Key West!

The property is marvelous. Everything you need is provided. Could use a better skillet and I would of loved a lounger on the balcony. The elevator was a great help with luggage and groceries. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious with great closets with plenty of hangers. The balconies are nice. The view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. Wonderful sunrises over the water to view from one dide and sunset skies on the other side. The walkway on the seawall is just across the street. The location is great restaurants and groceries are close by. You are away from the craziness of downtown, but easy to get to. Did not use the private pool much, the complex pool was a few steps away and very nice. The beaches were easy to get to. Elio was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. The decor is perfect. We did not want to leave.

Overall great experience

Great location, great amenities such as community pool and lots of beach supplies in the garage. Overall a great place A couple suggestions would be to repair the top door on the elevator as it does not open properly and perhaps put a fan in over the ping pong table as it gets stuffy and buggy at night.
