Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on top floor of building across from Police and Fire Station. Walking path behind building. Great location. Dealing with property manager for a simple Noon checkout due to later flights was like talking to a wall!!!

Asheville was Wonderful

The loft was even better than advertised and beyond the modern touch within the photos, which triggered us to hit the reserve button. Definitely worth the price of admission. Highly recommended! Pros: 1. Location- property is roughly 0.25 to 0.50 miles from downtown Asheville. I'd recommend the nice stroll to many eateries, breweries, shops, and galleries. You are also a quarter of a mile to Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter for any groceries/toiletries Five Points Diner is a highly-rated diner directly across the street from the property. Other key Asheville locations are incredibly close by, like the Biltmore Estate (3.5 miles), River Arts District (1.75 miles), or West Asheville (2.5 miles). 2. Amenities- the apartment is well stocked with linens, shampoos, soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. The washer and Dryer are also in the main area closest. 3. Wi-Fi is ridiculously strong. 4. Plenty of parking is available on-site. 5. Open space concept, spacious floor plan, modern rustic aesthetic, naturally well-lit. 6. AC and ceiling fans kept the environment extremely comfortable. 7. Secure and Safe. Coded entry into the building and keyless/coded entry into the apartment. 8. Elevator and stair access to upper lodging levels. 9. Comfortable Beds 10. Cool Community Rooftop Space. Cons (Minor) Here is a minor con that could be easily remedied by property mgmt. 1. Only 1 nightstand/side table in the master bedroom. The second bedroom didn't have any.

Great space!

The location was perfect, the condo attractively furnished, clean and well equipped. The roof was a perfect place to watch the 4th of July fireworks.

Concert Trip

This condo was an awesome location for our trip! It was close to everything! It was clean and well-stocked! Very quiet area so nice and relaxing! The rooftop area was nice as well! I will definitely keep this one our list for return visits! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this condo is the place for you!
