This cozy condo is the perfect size for 4 adults or a family with small children. Sit on the balcony after a day at the beach or a day at Big Kahuna and have a drink on the balcony.

The kitchen is well stocked, perfect for cooking a meal or prepping all your beach snacks

We are not a waterfront property, but you can walk to the beach in 6 minutes or relax on our balcony and watch the water.

Great location for our stay. We were no more than 10 minutes from all we wanted to see and do. Property manager was available and very helpful with instruction and checking in. Would stay again!

This complex looked to be older but maintained. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. I do wish it woyld have had a toaster instead of the toaster oven but we made due.

Overall not bad but some could be better

The lady was very nice about letting us go check in a few hours early, but we noticed one balcony door wouldnt lock and i messaged and never got a response. Also, she messaged the next day about people working on tv connection but still never applied about the door. Also, our microwave didnt work. As a mom that needed to heat a few things for my kids i was unable to do so.

I feel like the pictures of the property on Expedia was misleading. We arrived and the property was ok but not as clean and up to date as I would have expected. The pools on the property were not inviting at all. The parking at the building we stayed in was always full so we had to drive around and come back hoping for a parking spot. We arrived to find cigarette butts right outside the entrance to our unit. If the pictures of the actual condo units had been on Expedia I would have never rented. The inside of the unit was clean.

Nice place to stay

Very easy to get in and out. Great instructions from the renter. Clean place and kitchen had everything you needed. Shower was really nice.

Perfect Location and friendly host!

This property was precious! This trip was our 3rd annual girls trip for me and my sister. We loved the location to food and shopping. You can just walk! It wasn't as easy to walk to the beach. But not terrible either. The kitchen was well stocked! They have a washer and dryer which I love. It was clean! My only complaint was no wash cloths and a piece of artwork fell off the wall onto the bed right at our head in the middle of the night. I did notify the host and they were apologetic and said they'd fix it. Which I found reassuring. The pool was nice too! We would stay here again! We loved it!!
