Note only 4 amenity cards will be provided, children do not need amenity cards.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ***
Please be aware that due to COVID-19 :
1. Please note that due to a building requirement one of our team members has to meet you at the lobby at time of check in.
2. At the request of our building security, hosts are required to obtain a copy of all adults ID’s and submit to front desk prior to arrival. Date of birth and address can be crossed off if guests has privacy concerns.
3. At check out , please leave keys on kitchen counter. To lock front door , press and hold Schlage button on keypad .

Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM free
after 8:00 PM to midnight $25
After midnight $50
Check-out time: 11:00

Physical keys and key fob will be provided at check in. Please keep fob in safe place because if lost a $60 fee will be added to reservation.

We are located next to Brickell Ave. Bridge . There is a Whole Foods market on the other side of the bridge , a 5 minute walk. We are also conveniently steps from I95. And Metromover station.

The building provides valet parking only. No self parking is available on premises. Street parking is available but is scarce.

Prices are not included with the reservation and payment is made directly to building.

0-1 hours: $11
1-4 hours: $19
4-10 hours: $24
10 to 24 hours/ overnight: $34
All guests must submit photo ID prior to arrival. Front desk will need to register guest into database. At check in only guests that have submitted ID's will be allowed to enter.

Guests will be greeted and met at check in at which point keys will be given.

We ask guests to wash own dishes prior to check out.

No unauthorized guests will be allowed unless they register with front desk.

There is paid parking on site.
