The villa is tastefully decorated and modern through and through and has 125 m² with 3 bedrooms, 1 fantastic living room, 1 open kitchen with a practical kitchen island and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The living room is equipped with a TV with Scandinavian and English channels and Spanish programs can be received via cable TV. In addition, the TV has smart TV and an HDMI cable. The internet runs via fiber optics (50 mbps). Outside you will find a gorgeous private pool and comfortable lounge furniture to relax. The property faces south, so you can enjoy the warm sun here even in winter. You can reach the local restaurants and stores in just 5 minutes by car, which you can park on in front of the house.

In Ordnung - aber nicht 5-Sterne würdig

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut, direkt in der Nähe ein großer Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Wir waren zu dritt und der Platz war ausreichend. Zu sechst ist es etwas klein, besonders weil es draußen keinen Tisch für mehr als 3 Personen gibt. Leider sind nur 2 richtige Liegen vorhanden, diese sind nicht mehr ganz neu und zusammengeflickt. Außerdem war es leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Toilette war nicht richtig geputzt, es war etwas staubig innen und im Außenbereich war überall der Schmutz von einer Baustelle in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert.

Prachtig modern huis voorzien van alle gemakken

Mooi huis, alleen voor 6 volwassen personen niet het juiste m.n. buitenmeubilair; klein vierkante buitentafel 4 stoelen, voor ons 2 was het een heerlijk huis!
