Unfortunate Turn of Events

I am sure that the host and the property are adequare enough for our stay, unfortunately for us my family came down ill the night before and we decided to cancel our trip. When I notified the owner that we would not be able to make it for our trip I didn’t receive a reply. I did send him a note stating that we fell ill and unable to make it and while we were past the point of any refund for cancelling through VRBO I asked if there was any amount he would find to refund it would be appreciated. Did I expect a response? Yes I did. Did I get one? No. I get that people have these as a business but could you have at very least refunded the cleaning fee? It’s quite small but it was more of a token.

Winter get away

An older property but very well maintained and stocked with all the amenities. Host is super responsive and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Very comfy and would recommend.

A great location.

The owner was a great host. The place fit our needs perfectly. Back yard for our pet, plenty of seating for backyard activity. Parking in garage and driveway. King bed in primary bedroom was really comfortable. Big screen TV in living room was great. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was really nice also. Will definitely try and stay there again if everything works out schedule wise for us. Thanks again to our host!
