It's time for a Beach Break, so drop your bags and hit the sand just across the street!

This beach cottage has plentiful amenities to make your summer break special, including an eagle's nest deck offering views of the ocean and the bay. Sit down with a glass of wine in the evenings and be inspired by the famous Back Bay sunsets.

Located directly across the street from the beach path, this home allows easy and quick access to the sparkling ocean. In the afternoons, the sunroom is the perfect spot to indulge in a nap. Additional amenities include a fenced yard, an open deck, TVs, a VCR, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player.

Bed Sizes: BR1- King, BR2 - Queen, BR3 - 2 Twins. BR4 (OUTSIDE ACCESS ONLY) - 2 Bunksets (Twin/Twin)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
