The house is newly modern renovated and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you want to enjoy a peaceful, luxurious, and affordable stay, this is a good choice. The bedroom and bathroom are private and others are private. This cozy place is 15 minutes drive to downtown, within a 5-minute drive to the closest shopping mall, and near trendy 17th. and 2 minutes walking distance to a bus station.
No pets, no smoking, and no drugs in the home.

The room itself was a good size. The shower looked beautiful. Unfortunately no hot water was availab
I would give this 50% . Cold floor no hot water cold room light blanket too noisy upstairs too many stairs to come down for an older person.

The Expedia Information said we had the whole property to ourselves and that the place was private. This is not the case. A family of 3 lives upstairs PLUS has a view of your space due to open floor plan. They also come downstairs announced. If you want to cook, you share the kitchen which can’t assure that high touch surfaces are cleaned for your entire stay! The ad details were shown to the property owner who started “no refunds. I don’t advertise on Expedia just VRBO.” The modern shower is a nightmare to figure out. You will be soaked with cold water trying to figure it out. The deck was dirty and cigarettes in a bottle. There is very few dishes in the basement you stay in and we ate cereal out of cups because we were so uncomfortable to go upstairs. In summary, You are staying in the basement bedroom in an occupied house. It is not private.

Great Stampede experience
we were well impressed with the accommodations and specially with the neighborhood, after a crazy and fun day at the Stampede it was very nice to return to the a nice and quite neighborhood to relax and recharge until the next day.
