No matter how you decide to spend your days, relaxation is assured. Central air conditioning throughout will keep you nice and cool during your stay and the stackable washer/dryer on site allows you to pack as light as you would like. Equipped with new stainless steel appliances throughout, the well-appointed kitchen will make cooking a breeze. For the coffee lovers, a Bunn coffee maker and Keurig are provided. Prepare your favorite recipes and show off your cooking skills or surprise the group with a favorite meal or beach snack. A commercial ice maker means keeping beverages refreshed will be no problem. When dining as a group, the dining table seats 10 comfortably, while the bar provides extra seating for four. Then, let the dishwasher clean everything up in the blink of an eye. A Weber propane grill, sink with running water and picnic table located on the concrete level will thrill the grill master in the group.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
