This beautifully renovated holiday home is situated in Niedersfeld. Its a little gem and a real paradise to stay at. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a spacious living room with a sleeping couch and a folding bed (both single beds). Passing the stairway you get from to the basement and to the stylish kitchen-cum-living room equipped with every modern comfort like microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment.There is a washing machine and a dryer. You can use the Wifi. The modern bathroom contains a bathtub, wash stand and shower. Enjoy the luxury of the sauna belonging to your holiday home. There is a pellet fireplace and you will find free pallets stored for you in the house.

From the kitchen-cum-living room you enter the terrace where you can enjoy a great view and walk into the big garden. You can park your car in front of the house. This perfect spot to take delight into your holiday is also a fantastic starting point for hiking.

In the amazing landscape of beautiful Sauerland you can take pleasure in mountain biking, a walk to the Hiddensee for water skiing, swimming, water biking, playing volleyball and much more. During the winter it’s heaven for every snow enthousiast: You can enjoy Nordic walking, sledging, skiing in Niedersfeld or snow certainteed Winterberg. It takes you only 10 minutes by car to get to the most wonderful ski slopes or to take a walk on breathtaking Hochheide.

Kurztrip

Schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft um ein paar Tage mit Freunden oder Familie zu verbringen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Sehr gutes Haus um abzuschalten und relaxen

Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die perfekte Lage um zu entspannen, die Sauna mit den Kids zu genießen und einfach die Natur in weiß zu erleben. PS: Ich habe die Alarmanlage auf dem Dach gesehen, die scheint nicht mehr wirklich intakt zu sein, wenn da wirklich Interesse an Einbruchschutz besteht schreiben sie mich kurz an ich komme gerne rüber und stelle ihnen mein Produkt vor. Es ist in weniger als einer Minute komplett installiert und detektiert beim ersten Hebeln des Einbrechers und reagiert mit 133 db. Ich bin Fachberater und Sicherheitsexperte im Bereich Einbruchschutz. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Vitali Löwen

Schöner Urlaub im schönen Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben und sehr schön. Da wir zwei kleine Kinder hatten war es sehr schön, dass es zwei Etagen gab und die Kinder oben ungestört schlafen konnten. Nur, dass man den Schlüssel in Winterberg abholen und abgeben musste, war nicht perfekt, aber aufgrund der kurzen Fahrtzeit akzeptabel. Gern wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt in den Bergen

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Objekt. Sauberkeit war sehr gut! Ordentliche, bequeme Betten. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Agentur, wo man den Schlüsselabholt 15-20min entfernt ist mit dem Auto.
