Exactly as advertized

Great home away from home. Felt completely comfortable, and had everything we needed. Excellent location, close to the beach and shops. Had a great time. Would stay here again.

This property is small but perfect for 4 adults. More seating in the living room would have been nice. The couch seats 3 not 4. One person had to sit on the dinning table chair. Couch has stains. Kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom had active black ants. It must be a ongoing issue since there were traps set out for them. Traps also in the kitchen. Property it limited to 2 vehicle parking. If garage is used to park it must be a small vehicle or you will have a difficult time getting out of the car. No street parking available. The house is a duplex. The other half was not occupied at the time so we didn't hear anyone walking around above us as others mentioned on other reviews. Traffic noise from Highway 1 is inconvenient if the windows are open. No screens on the windows. We slept just fine, traffic on highway decreases late into the night. Over all we would stay here again.

It was a perfect place for a short get-a-way. The place has great lighting and the kitchen was really nice, with plenty of cooking utensils. Super close to beaches and downtown. Just wish the previous renters dog poop had been picked up! Would definitely rent again!

Wave House

Great place! Well designed for casual reunion with two couples. Close to town, beaches and hiking. Spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen for light cooking. Responsive owners.
