From the moment you enter you will instantly feel right at home and love the open floor plan. The upstairs living room features comfortable seating surrounded by beautiful Colorado inspired decor, a TV and lots of different guide books about Colorado. You will find the Franklin Retreat house book along with additional information about Loveland and surrounding areas on the coffee table and on the desk.

The dining area comfortably seats 6 and offers a small bar table with bar glasses and drink utensils.

Each bedroom is furnished with a quality, comfortable mattress and fitted with white cotton linens. There are blackout curtains in the upstairs bedrooms and sheer curtains in the downstairs bedroom. Alarm clocks and sound machines are in each bedroom for a peaceful nights sleep.

You will love the bright white kitchen. It is fully equipped with all your cooking and eating needs to make all your homemade recipes while on vacation. Just bring your groceries! Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are supplied for your mornings along with some breakfast options and popcorn for movie night.

The bathrooms are stocked with soft white towels for each guest and lots of toiletries for your use. There is a shower/tub combo upstairs and a shower downstairs.

In the basement you will find another family room with a sectional leather couch and a TV. Great for family movie night! You will also find a small workout area so that you can continue to focus on you while on vacation. In this space is also a desk and comfy chair for you to sit and work on your laptop. The other side of this large basement room features a game room. You will find a Foosball table and a ping pong table. There is also a bookshelf with lots of different board games, puzzles, and children's books for you and your family to enjoy together.

The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement next to the family room and 2nd bathroom. The washer and dryer are located in the basement as well.

Relax and unwind on the back patio furnished with an outdoor table, couches, chairs, hammock, hot tub, corn-hole, and a BBQ grill.
