Centrally located in the heart of Parowan, you will have all of the conveniences needed including shopping, restaurants, and attractions mere minutes from your front door.

When you happen to find a little downtime spent at home base, everyone will love the spacious two-story layout, inviting furnishings, and classic comfort awaiting them inside this fantastic home. The lower level will be the hub for entertaining and gathering with everyone, as two living areas, a full kitchen, and the primary bedroom with a desk will make gathering for meals and movie nights or working remotely with ease. Not to mention, you can head out to the backyard and chill out on the patio as burgers sizzle on the gas grill and the kiddos run around in the grass.

With so much fun to be had both at home and nearby, you may find that The Dalton Adams Family Orchard will need to be a yearly escape!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
