The upstairs of this amazing home offers a large kitchen, dining room and living room with an open floor plan and beautiful picture windows that allow the breathtaking views of Rockport. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the creature comforts of a home anyone could need during their stay. Complete with a wine fridge, icemaker and two large refrigerators. This spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals. The dining area will accommodate 9 at the dining table and 4 at the bar area. There is a large flat screen television and fireplace in the living room. There is also an additional fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 9 and living room with a large flat screen television located on the first floor of this home.

There are 7 queen-size beds and 3 sets of bunk beds. The bunk room is specifically designed for children and sure to keep them entertained during their stay. On the second floor you will find a private one-bedroom apartment that can sleep an additional 2-4 guests.

This destination is equipped for a fun time! On the property you will find kayaks, life jackets, and a private swimming pool. Easy ladder access in & out of the canal for swimming. Great Stay

The house was great and communication with ownership was easy. Only downside is the house has so many remotes it’s hard to work everything and there is not enough parking when renting for 20 people.

Annual Cousins Trip

Enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for all 13 of us. The round seating area on the upper porch was the perfect place to enjoy the breeze, the view, the catch-up conversations and being together.
