This charming Craftsman Bungalow is perfectly located in North Park, the trendiest neighborhood in San Diego. Centrally positioned to all of San Diego’s greatest treasures (Zoo, Balboa Park, Coronado, Downtown, Gaslamp District, Convention Center, Seaport Village, Sea World, Beaches, and Hiking), the property is within walking distance to the bustling 30th Street corridor of restaurants, bars & breweries, coffee shops, shops & boutiques, CVS and a great market.

You'll love this property... It's perfect for couples get-a-way, families (with kids), and extended family & friends coming to visit San Diego, and prefer a peaceful place to exhale, reset and relax. This restored property, built in 1939, has been updated to maintain the original charm.

This urban oasis offers outdoor entertaining, two bedrooms with hotel comfort queen-sized beds, a queen-sized pull-out trundle sofa beds, fully stocked kitchens, full bath, an intimate dining room with up to six guests, and a spacious living room with a new SmartTV.

The property has its own private, front courtyard and rear common courtyard equipped with BBQ, outdoor dining, lounge furniture, washer/dryer, and completely fenced for children and pets. There are two detached cottage/studio bungalows (1 bedroom & studio) that use the common area. Feel free to inquire about including either of the bungalows with your reservation.

House Rules
This is a high density residential area, and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Upon checking in, the responsible party contact will be required to read and agree to adhere to the “Good Neighbor” brochure. Parking, trash, and noise are the most common issues with short-term rentals in high-density areas. If any issue arises, immediately contact your concierge who checked you in by phone call and/or texts. Do not argue with neighbors.

Only named guests are permitted to stay at the property.
No parties or events
No illegal drugs anywhere on the property
No smoking inside but allowed on patios or courtyard
No use of the fireplace or lighting of candles

Any violations to house rules and/or the “Good Neighbor” brochure can result in City Citations (which will be deducted from your deposit) and could result in being evicted. With eviction, you will not get your deposit back.

Guests will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there are electronic locks, so there are no keys to keep up with! The laundry room is just outside the home’s back porch.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available for a fee and based on reservations. When making reservations, simply request either.

Other things to note
- Bathrooms stocked with a hairdryer, hand soap & lotion, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, tissue, and toilet paper. Terry includes 100% cotton washcloth, bath & face/hand towels.
- Bedrooms furnished with queen size beds, 100% cotton linens, four mid-plus hypoallergenic pillows, and two shams per bed, an extra blanket, and ceiling fans.
- Kitchens furnished with paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, scrubber, hand towels and washcloths, hot pads, oven mitts, knife/block, plates, bowls, mixing bowls, cutting board, can opener, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee (coffee maker, filters, mugs), toaster, 13-piece cookware, microwave, blender, measuring cups and spice set (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ground salt, pepper, oregano, cinnamon, garlic powder, coffee creamer, sugar).
- Laundry room stocked with an iron, ironing board, washing pods, bleach, fabric softener, and spray starch.
- Pull out trundle sofa beds, if needed, please confirm with your host. Will include two pillows, a 2” queen-sized mattress topper, 100% cotton linens, and a blanket.
- Wireless Internet and SmartTVs with Chromecast (access your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, etc. - cable is not included).
- Dogs and/or cats are permitted with a nonrefundable pet fee. Limit of two pets
- We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our properties and we keep it at the highest standard. The entire property, its surfaces, floors, and electronics are cleaned 2-3 times per week professionally with disinfectant antibacterial products.

Pet fee is $85 for two pets and $50 for each additional pet (dogs and cats only) - not to exceed 3. $35 invoice will be billed if cigarette butts or pet poop are found.

All items at the property are inventoried and compared after check out before the deposit is released. The deposit is $350 per stay unless insurance program is purchased.

VRBO guests will directly pay VRBO a booking fee (collected at reservation time). To complete the reservation, the Guest will need to pay PRIDE Properties the complete reservation through a credit card or online payment applications such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

There is a $350 refundable security deposit required. Airbnb does not collect this in its booking process; however, we will send you an Airbnb Resolution Request for funds - which is to be returned to you after the property is inspected after checkout.

The Pet fee is $85 for up to 2 dogs or cats. Special requests can be considered for more than 2 pets. There is $35 fee will be charged if cigarette butts or pet poop are found.

Very convenient
We enjoyed our brief visit to San Diego. This house was perfect for our needs. It’s very clean and everything worked.(tv, wifi, microwave, hot water.) The neighborhood is nice, always felt safe. Off street parking is a definite plus. Would stay here again if we need to come back.
