As you enter this lovely updated, newly furnished beach condo, you will notice its wonderful wood floors. Its modern kitchen with new appliances. A comfy breakfast, dining, sitting area. Making all your meals a pleasure as you enjoy the wonderful beach and pool views each and every morning. The Glass is treated with privacy tint, so you can see out, but barely see in. For more privacy on those cozy days, close the rolling planation shutters.

The Master bedroom, also has direct beach views along with king size bed, large screen TV, walk in closet and private bathroom, equipped with Bosch Washer and Dryer. Communal washer and dryer available too. Second bedroom has a Kingsize bed, large screen TV, walk in closet and private full size bathroom.

The Family room has a cozy love seat, full size sofa and reclining chair with large screen TV. Wifi ready for all your computer devices.

Located towards the south end of Estero Island, you will find the Leonardo Arms to be ideally positioned. Walk or take a quick bike ride to the nearby shops and restaurants. Grab breakfast, lunch or a waterfront seafood dinner before stopping for an ice cream and doing some window shopping at Santini Plaza. Publix Supermarket is located just a short drive away or head off the island to Wal-Mart, Aldi or Target for your grocery and shopping needs.

Times Square and the fishing pier located in downtown Fort Myers Beach are about 5 miles North where you will find bustling restaurants and bars with endless dining options and live entertainment. Drive south for just a few minutes to Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the breathtaking nature and beauty the park has to offer. Take pleasure in the endless recreational activities of Florida's Gulf Coast such as golfing, water-sports and wildlife watching.
