This first home is completely updated, offering a welcoming interior with an open floor plan, wood floors, and contemporary furnishings. After fun-filled days of exploring, kick back for movie nights on the smart TV in the living area. The immaculate kitchen has all you need to create your favorite meals, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. The sunny and comfortable guest suite is small but mighty - complete with a full bathroom, TV in the bedroom, and the suite even has a kitchenette for storing and reheating leftovers, making coffee, or a simple breakfast. Finally, the bright and airy studio loft offers beautiful hardwood floors, tons of natural light, a full kitchen, seating area, and a queen bed.

Best of all is your proximity to downtown Hood River and the Hood River Event Site, both less than one mile away, and local mountain biking/hiking trails. Wineries, kite and wind-surfing spots, and scenic golf courses are also close by. You’re truly in the heart of everything Hood River has to offer!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
