Our charming retreat is designed to accommodate 6-8 guests and offers more than just a vacation rental – it's a true home away from home. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it's ideally suited for families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape.

Upon entering the townhouse, you'll first notice the roomy living room, with vaulted ceilings and a pull-out couch.

On the second floor, two welcoming bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies promise serene nights. These rooms are equipped with hybrid spring/memory foam mattresses to ensure you get a good night's sleep, smart TVs, and ceiling fans.

This charming home offers a peaceful escape with a private backyard. The enclosed yard provides a safe haven for kids or dogs to play freely. Relax on the back deck, sipping your favorite drink, while the air-conditioned interiors offer a cool respite from the sunny adventures.

Our fully equipped kitchen, boasting a dishwasher and full-size amenities, is ready to accommodate your vacation cooking desires.

The in-house washer/dryer keeps your beach attire sand-free and ready for the next day.

A convenient half bath on the main floor.
You will have access to the entire townhouse except for the locked owner's closet and a Wi-Fi router in a cabinet on the second floor.

PETS:
2 dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed (Please inquire about bigger dogs). No aggressive breeds. Please communicate with the hosts about what breeds will be accompanying the guests. $135 pet fee per dog. Emotional support animals are not service animals and will be charged the pet fee.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE KEEP ALL DOGS OFF THE FURNITURE. DOGS MUST ACCOMPANY THE GUESTS AT ALL TIMES OR BE CRATED.

5 years ago I travelled to Mumbai, India and stayed in my first-ever Vacation Rental. It was a tiny couch in a shared apartment. Being my first time traveling alone in a foreign county, I was nervous. However, the host was gracious and we quickly became friends - he showed me parts of the city that I never would have known existed.

My first experience traveling in a foreign country was unforgettable.

Since then, I've gone on countless travel experiences and stayed in many different types of vacation rentals. From small capsule rooms in the heart of Tokyo, Japan to an apartment tucked away in the mountains of Mexico, each and every one of those hosts shared the same sense of hospitality and adventure.

My goal as a host is to extend to you that same hospitality. To make your stay in Panama City as relaxing as possible so when the time comes to return home from your travels you can say, “Hey, I really enjoyed my time at Josh's place!”
