Nice modern 5th wheel with amazing views of the lake and mountains. 25 ft deep lake, never lacks water or fish. Black Bass, Blue Gill, Cat Fish, and Perch have been caught. Teaming with fish! 1 bedroom and bath, peninsula in kitchen. Fireplace, open concept. Firestick TV with Prime Video, Netflix and free channels plus internet. Beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Multitudes of stars in the sky on clear nights. Quiet surroundings.

We live here full time in a house next door to 13991, 5th wheel. Frank works on the land full time and Diane is a Real Estate Broker in Mendocino County. We have 1 grandchild and a son who live close by.
Why they chose this property
This property allows you to golf, fish, swim, and use our boats on our lake. There is a canoe, a flat bottom boat, and a canoe. Only pedal or paddle boats allowed. Very natural environment and a tricky golf course.
What makes this property unique
Lake and golf come with your rental. It is quiet at night and the stars abound! Great place for sky viewing far from any town. The 5th wheel is comfortable and modern. Has a fire place for those chilly nights and air conditioning as well as heat for the cold weather.
