House "Rosengarten" is the most popular holiday home of Gut klein Bollhagen: The living and sleeping areas, a small country house kitchen and an old piano are distributed over 112 square meters over two floors. The special thing about this house is its huge garden, hidden from view at the end of the complex, with a view of paddocks and a dense forest. Floor-length windows open to a covered terrace. There is a long banquet table to the side of the house.

You enter the house through a porch directly into the fully equipped kitchen. There is space for jackets and shoes in a small wardrobe. The large fireplace forms the heart of the living room, around which are filled bookshelves, comfortable sofas and a piano. The cozy dining area is in a bay window with a bench.

A staircase leads to the upper floor. The spacious bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed from the French manufacturer Treca Interiors. Large suitcases can also be stored in the wardrobes. You can take a deep breath in the morning on the large balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to form a double bed. You can read and write at a small desk. Between the bedrooms there is a second separate toilet next to the full bath.
