About this property

The condo is located in a beautiful gated community which is only a five minute walk to the ocean which I believe is the best strip of beach on the Grand Stand, and if you visit, I am sure you will agree.

This is our second condo for lease in Ocean Keyes and is in a new building with an elevator. It is on the 4th floor with a vaulted ceiling. It is very relaxing to sit on the large screened in porch enjoying the sea breeze or use the hot tub or pool. You can also see small parts of the ocean from the porch.

The condo is close to main street North Myrtle Beach, Walmarts and other nice shopping areas. It is a great spot for a family or anyone looking for sun and fun at the beach.
We only lease Sat to Sat during Jun through Sep unless last minute availability.

Must strip beds of sheets and put them and towels in laundry area and start load of wash to save time to complete for next arrival. Thank you.

We only do weekly rentals during Jun-Sep no monthly rentals and not longterm rentals.
