Wonderfully renovated holiday home in the typical "Arcachonais" style in fantastically central Lacanau-Ocean location. Everything is within easy walking distance. The house has been completely renovated and is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wifi and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms, of which 3 rooms each with a double bed 1.40m and a bedroom with two 1.40m double beds. Shower room + toilet.
Very well maintained terrace with garden, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Carport.

Distances: Ocean, beach, shops about 150m, restaurant about 200m, bike path about 500m.

Belle maison spacieuse, authentique et bien située

Cette maison a le charme des maisons anciennes rénovées avec goût. Sa grande salle centrale et l'aménagement du jardin sont très agréables pour un séjour. Le positionnement proche du coeur de la ville et des commerces permet de se déplacer à pied pendant tout le séjour. Seul bémol: la salle d'eau unique.

Séjour agréable dans une villa typique pleine de charme avec un superbe jardin

Maison idéalement placée , à deux pas de l'océan et des commerces dans un quartier très calme Jardin très bien entretenu et intérieur avec beaucoup de charme

Superbe maison

A deux pas de la plage et du centre, la maison est à la fois proche de toutes les activités et dans une rue très calme. Très beau design intérieur et la grande pièce à vivre rendent le séjour agréable par tous les temps.
