SUPERPREISWERTES (only 18 euros) and beautiful apartment on the southern tip of Sardinia. The apartment is framed in a fairytale garden that we rent all year round consists of 1 room with bathroom and shower, covered porch with garden furniture and parking. Completely separate exterior entrance. The apartment is equipped with TV / Sat, air conditioning (hot / cold) a washing machine is available. The whole property is fenced. Bed linen and towels are available to each guest free of charge. There is also a small kitchen with 2 burner stove, fridge, sink, crockery, coffee machine, etc., you can eat both in the apartment and on the cozy veranda. 1000m2 fenced garden. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, pizzeria and bus stop. Numerous beaches and secluded coves are located about 5 km from the small apartment. They attract with the finest sandy beaches, secluded rocky coves and all water sports. It is a dream test of rest and relaxation.

Da evitare..

Da evitare assolutamente, siamo scappati dopo 5 giorni! La camera si trova in una buona posizione ma in campagna, questo ha comportato la presenza di diversi topi dentro l'appartamento, abbiamo provato a parlare con il proprietario, ma a quanto ci ha fatto intendere per loro è la normalità essendo in campagna. A quel punto siamo letteralmente scappati prendendo a nostre spese un nuovo alloggio, il proprietario non ci ha proposto assolutamente nessun rimborso e nessuna alternativa. DA EVITARE!!
