Is all you need to pack is your bag! We have everything else covered! All Suites have Fully Equipped Kitchens, Beach Items to include: Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Sand Castle Toys, Portable Coolers, & Beach Wagon for convenience!

Excellent property and location

Really cool suites and the location was great -- 4 minute walk to the beach. Property was listed for 4 suites but we were later told only 3 suites were available. Stormie was really helpful and discounted us right away. We ended up not needing that 4th suite so it worked out.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Waterside Suites. We are a family of 10 adults with 2 kids and rented all 4 suites for a 4 day weekend. We had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the pillows fluffy. I love that the bedding was all white- I like to think that it signals a higher standard of cleanliness. Each suite had beach towels, a beach cart, umbrella, and beach chairs. The beach was a 5-10 min walk away. Decent restaurants nearby. The laundry facility was stocked with detergent. We are vertically challenged so the dryer was a bit of a reach for us. It would have been helpful to have a step stool but that was our only criticism. Overall we really enjoyed our visit.

Family Vacation 2022

This house worked so great for our family! We had a total of 13 people…parents/grandparents and 3 adult children and their families. We loved the layout of the 4 apartments so each family could have their own space to relax but there was also room for us all to gather together as well. The home has a great location within easy walking distance to the beach as well as walking distance to several restaurants and bars! The home was nicely stocked with kitchen items and lots of beach items, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels! Perfect place for a family beach trip!

For other major attractions- Disney, Sea World, Dolphin Cove, etc in Orlando is about 2 hours away!
