Step outside in the fenced-in backyard area to enjoy a drink in the colorful adirondack chairs, dinner at the table with umbrella, or unwind in the bubbly hot tub. Inside, enjoy your favorite summer blockbuster in the den. A pyramid bunk bedroom w/ TV and full bathroom are also located on the ground level.

Head upstairs to the mid-level and you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Enjoy a King master bedroom with its own private bathroom, TV and private deck. Another King Bedroom w/ TV and Queen bedroom w/ TV can also be found on this level along with a full hall bathroom.

When it's time to hang out with the whole family, gather upstairs in the spacious great room featuring a well-decorated living area situated around a large Flat Screen TV and fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features beautiful wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen counter with seating for 4, and comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a seafood masterpiece. The dining table has seating for 6 and doubles as the perfect place to pull out your favorite board game. A half bath is conveniently located off the great room. Step outside onto the decks and enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening.

Please Note: Golf carts are permitted. All vehicles must be parked in a driveway, on-street parking and on grass parking are strictly prohibited. Guests that park on the grass and damage an irrigation head at their rental unit will be responsible for cost of repair, this includes golf cart parking. Towing is enforced.
