Enjoy this beautiful area with its setting of tall trees, walking trails, and breathtaking, unobstructed lake views located across the road from the lake with direct dock water access. Graceland offers a kitchen, full bathroom, a spacious living room and dining area, two ground level bedrooms and a large open concept loft with 3 queen size beds. The property also has two outdoor eating areas, two barbeques and fire pit. Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Lindsay, 20 minutes from Bobcaygeon and 25 minutes from Fenlon falls, directly on the Trent-Severn Waterway.
