Easy access to I-25, 1.4 miles to Broncos stadium, 1.9 miles to Colorado Rockies’ Coors Field, and just across the freeway from Downtown Denver. Love this location!

My husband and I rented this property for about 4 months while our house was being built, and we truly enjoyed our stay! We absolutely loved the location! The property is in walking distance to various local restaurants. We even walked to a Rockies game and Denver Bronco game. Jessica was very helpful and always responsive to any needs we had!

Perfect studio for you & your dog!

Great little neighborhood perfect for exploring all areas of the highlands and downtown. Easy access to freeway & grocery stores. Would definitely book again! Jessica was such a great host and caretake of the property!

Comfortable during a pandemic!

I had the honor and privilege of meeting Jessica in early February, when the virus was still a bit of a myth. By the beginning of March, she supplied her residents a pair of N95 masks, gloves, and sanitizing equipment in addition to hand sanitizer and paper towels in the hallway. Throughout my stay, Jessica was so welcoming and kind, always easy to reach and quick to get any questions answered. The unit itself was very comfortable--enough to be quarantined in! Really had everything you need to feel like home. I was able to walk to nearby restaurants and Little Man ice cream prior to the lockdown, which was also very nice. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Jessica!

Good House, but.

The place was nice and it's exactly like the photos. Floor noise was loud, but there's nothing you can do if you live in apartment so it was ok. My overall staying was nice and good location, but at the end there was poor communication with the owner, and got overcharged for cleaning fee.

Cute studio apartment close to everything!

I had a great experience staying at this apartment! The apartment was clean, safe and within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. The host, Jessica, was extremely responsive whenever any issues arose. Would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a long term in Denver stay here!
