COVID REGULATIONS FOR PARADISES AND DESTINIES

Special House rules for Paradises (Paradise 1,2 and 3 ) and Brand new townhomes close to Brickell (Destiny 1 and 2 and Cheerful)

1.-Not third party booking is allowed, no other person but the one on the profile is to check in, ID will be required for the persons which will stay at Paradises 1,2,3 or Brand new townhomes close to Brickell.
2.-No parties or events allowed.
3.-Absolutely No Smoking inside the house!
4.- Due to Special Covid 19 regulations is absolutely forbidden meetings or parties in our houses , this regulation imposed by Miami Dade County is enforced by a permanent police patrolling the area so it is very important keep sound and noise at minimum not disturbing the neighbors to avoid
problems with the authorities . Before 9:30 pm noise and sound has to be kept low but after 10 pm noise and sound is forbidden in the pool area and outside in the front of the house .
