Fabulous place for a Christmas gathering with family

We gathered in the area with three generations of family and couldn't have asked for a better space that could accomodate everyone in the fabulous living room. We so appreciated the Christmas decorations we found upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed and made our family meals easy and enjoyable.The views out the windows were great and the Eagle Pass trail was a perfect getaway hike. All in all a great experience!

Wonderful Place for Our Family's Holiday Get-Together

We were looking for a place to gather between Christmas and New Year's Day with kids and grandkids (9 of us total, ages 6-70) that wasn't too far from home (Ventura County). This place was perfect! We appreciated the high-quality linens, cookware, refrigerator, stove, and furnishings. The owner was super-responsive regarding the few hiccups we encountered. The kids absolutely LOVED the game room, and since it was on the lowest level, their noise didn't bother the grownups. :) The layout was very conducive to giving each family their own space, while the great room and dining table had plenty of room when we all wanted to be together. As an added bonus, there were Christmas decorations in place, which created a festive atmosphere for our stay at this particular time of year. It even snowed for a short time, which was really exciting. This is the mountains, so there are stairs to enter and go between levels, just FYI. The grandkids unanimously agreed they'd like to return in the future, and we hope we can make that happen.
