Okay…
Overall, it’s a decent stay on a pinch and for the price. However, there are some things that could be better. For example, when speaking with Samora. When interacting with her, it felt like she was annoyed with me for even contacting her. If our communication were all through text, I would say maybe I didn’t get the correct tone of her messages, but I also talked to her on the phone and her voice sounded annoyed at me for asking legitimate questions about the property. Upon check-in there were urine droplets on the toilet seat, dirt stained bathroom rugs, and dirt/grit on the floors. The space looks like a converted garage, so I get it, but the floors, although dark gray and can hide dirt easily, should still be swept and mopped thoroughly between guests. I spilled water on the floor shortly after check-in and cleaned it up using a white towel which ended up filthy. Also, there were two roaches I killed during my stay. It was after it rained, so okay…, but still. I read in a review that it was behind another house. That wasn’t a surprise, but the houses are close to one another (less than 50 ft), if that matters to you. All in all, it was okay for the business trip I was on, but I wouldn’t stay again because I didn’t like feeling like I was annoyance to someone I was paying.

Super convenient, cute neighborhood, loved that it was near McCoy Park and walkable to the Oakhurst Village and restaurants.

Clean efficient place to stay
Samora's place was great for our business trip. It had a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, basic dishes, etc. Stackable washer & dryer were very helpful. Everything was very clean & functional. Plenty of extra storage for toiletries in the bathroom too. Would definitely recommend!
