Our newly remodeled 2,200 square foot, 3-bedroom, and 2-bathroom cozy home will be perfect for your next vacation. This home boasts two separate living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, a fantastic outdoor area equipped with yard games, and a stunning brick fireplace in the main living space. Our home is the perfect location for all of your outdoor adventures. Take a round of golf at the Rio Grande Golf Club & Resort, float or fish the Rio Grande River, or head into the mountains for an ATV or Jeep ride. You will never be bored in this outdoor wonderland!

Our home is the perfect getaway for your family or a group of friends. It has two separate wings for the Main Bedroom and Ensuite bath and a second wing for the two other bedrooms. It's perfect for multiple families. It is only 28 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and is the ideal base camp for summer and winter adventures.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Nice place

House was great, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Property manager was easy to get ahold of when I had issue with door lock. 2 living areas was great for kids to have their own space.

Incredible Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute bonus find and one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Coming from TX and OK, we were on edge about no air conditioning but even in the low-mid 80's on a couple of days, it was still very pleasant. We opened the windows at night in the bedroom and were under the covers by morning. It was amazing. We initially had problems getting in the house so I texted the company and response time was within just a minute or two. The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The master bedroom is very spacious and the way the house is laid out it's like two different spaces. My husband and I had a living room, bedroom and bathroom all to ourselves separate from the room with the big fireplace. There is a lot of light with the large picture windows, two deck areas and the view of the mountains, sunrises and sunsets were glorious. Like a lot of others have said, it is a great location to take day trips to Creede, Lake City, Pagosa and antique shop in Del Norte and Monte Vista. South Fork is a bit of a hidden gem and has a lot more to offer than you'd think. Be sure to eat at Ramon's. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Vacation Rental

This was our second time staying at this South Fork home. It’s lovely, comfortable and a great location for day trips to Pagosa Springs, Creede, Salida and Del Norte. Hoping we get to go again next summer.

Well, furnished and stocked house

The house was very well furnished and the most stocked with supplies of any place I have stayed lots of cooking utensils, extra towels, and blankets and all of it was in great shape, all of the appliances were updated and worked wonderful You name it it had it. The layout is a little different, but plenty of room to spread out. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Thanksgiving

We decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this year and go away from the city. The house was just right and the views were awesome not to mention the close proximity to drive in the mountains. The property was a delight and that was ensured by the owners as they had games available to pass the time away while enjoying the fireplace. Mike
