The space
Entire top floor ( 2nd floor of the house), which has a private separate entrance ( which involves climbing stairs!) , stunning views over the city, both at night and day, from the front terrace. A central, but quiet place to be! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Why they chose this property

Our property is very close to the old city centre, where you can find everything you want to visit while in the city ( museums, cinemas, botanical garden, parks, coffees and shops, terraces and restaurants etc). It will take you about 10 minute by foot or a 2 minute drive to the centre. We have few food shops in the proximity of the house. A petrol station just 20 m away . You can always get a taxi too, which are pretty cheap ( to the airport is about 6 euros).

What makes this property unique

You will have the entire apartment to yourself, but we kindly ask to respect the house rules. We won't tolerate noise or any other things that are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
