This place is incredible. Four bedroom, 2 full and 1 half bathroom and 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds with tv in each bedroom and in the livingroom. Kitchen with everything you’re going to need. Out door grill and dinning area. Outdoor shower. No need to bring anything but your family.

I really enjoyed my stay. There was a small issue but it got resolved very quickly and the owner was very good at responding to any of my concerns and questions. I would stay there again.

Sunsets from the hot tub!

I stayed at the property with my 2 kids( 6 and 2), the set up was great. Every night we watched the sunset from the hot tub!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

The owners thoughtfully prepared a converted garage for a very enjoyable, relaxing, and visually stunning experience! Top-level bedroom with full bath and balcony with chairs, fire table, and hot-tub overlooking unobstructed view of the Rappahannock River melted all stress away. Downstairs room with slide out 2-level trundle bed provided for a comfortable sleep for a couple who joined us as guests. Outdoor gas grill, firepit, and outdoor shower (which we used and enjoyed with much privacy) made for great sunsets into the evening for outdoor dining and fireside chats. Definitely will return for next year's Urbanna Oyster Festival!
