Spacious apartment (70sqm) in 1. Floor with private access via external staircase, balcony, sea view, living room with adjoining dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, air conditioning in the bedrooms.

general: Holiday house with large garden and parking in the secluded quiet grounds in Anliegerstrasse. Shops in town, bus (180m) to the city of Rovinj and the beach. Mountain bike and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, German-speaking care on site. A total of 2 apartments in the main house for 4 persons (à70m ²). On the area there is also a small romantic cottage for 2 persons.

To be paid on the spot: final cleaning EUR 45.- once and visitor's tax EUR 1.- per person and night.

Sehr schöner Aufenthal in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Bei Familie Sauder haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war nett und herzlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geräumig, was den Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm für uns gestaltete. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war alles so, wie man es in der Beschreibung bei FeWo gelesen hat. Auch bei Fragen standen uns die Eheleute sofort zur Seite. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Familie Sauder unsere Ferien verbringen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt
