Location. Location. Location! Our centrally located 2 BDR Modern "Basement Suite" is perfect for you. With a Low Cleaning Fee & Low Pet Fee for your well trained dog. (Dogs only. The pet fee is per dog per stay.) Separate entrance from the Upper Suite and with no shared spaces. Minutes from both downtown and the airport. Sip a cup of fresh coffee, stream your favorite show on one of the three Smart TVs, finish work in a flash with lightning fast AT&T Fiber or soak in nature on the patio overlooking our completely fenced backyard. The beds are extremely comfy so you're sure to have a great night's sleep. We've also provided white noise machines to help you drift off even quicker during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with your basics and the bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. For your convenience, there's a free washer and dryer with a bit of laundry detergent to get you started. There's a desk in one of the bedrooms as well as a mini Ms PacMan for when you're taking a break. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets and several ceiling fans and modern wall heaters for additional comfort. *Bedding may vary. No Parties or Events. No Smoking indoors or outdoors. Better than expected

This was a nice place. A basement unit with 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and washer a dryer machine. Every space has a heater that works very well. Solid neighborhood that’s being build up. Anybody with the no smoking rule, there’s no home across the street so it isn’t really inconvenient. The kitchen sink is pretty small and you do hear peoples footsteps upstairs but they have no route into your space, in or out. And 15-20 minutes from the airport. Overall I enjoyed my stay and wish the best for the host(s)
