Escape to this cosy and peaceful studio apartment. Furnished in warm tones with dark wooden furnishings and fun artwork, we know you will love staying here on your upcoming trip to Dubai. The compact kitchen has a small stove top and all the utensils you need to prepare some quick meals at home which you can enjoy at the wooden dining table. The combined living and bedroom area feels spacious yet functional with a comfy sofa, double bed and TV. Relax and unwind after a busy day out and watch a movie on the big screen TV or step out onto the balcony and admire the community views. The comfortable bed is fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy we know you will have a great night’s sleep. The sofa can unfold into a single sleeper should you need the extra sleeping space. There is also a dresser with mirror and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom features Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling fresh all day.
The building also has a swimming pool, gymnasium, kids play area and one private on site car park. The building is located 10 minutes away from Hessa Street.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. Please note that this apartment does not have an oven. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
