About this property

Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II 1811

Casual luxury for large family! All four bedrooms have incredible views of the sunrise. Located on the southeast corner facing the beach, this unit has an enormous balcony. The condo was purchased earlier this year and has been completely renovated. New colorful decor will provide the perfect backdrop for tons of memories.

The condo's master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom each have a full and twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 12. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a half bath for guests. The living area boasts two television viewing stations.

Headed to the beach? Keep your refreshments cool with ice from the ice maker. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a lazy river, sauna, exercise room and a HUGE indoor pool lined with hot tubs

The parking garage is covered and connected to your condo. You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. The one time fee is $60 per vehicle. You may purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful Space with everything you need!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The space was beautiful and had everything we needed. The double tv’s came in handy for the kids and the extra hall bathroom was perfect during nap times. The balcony was huge and the furniture comfortable!

The kitchen sink faucet needs looking at because you have to play with it to get it to turn off completely.

We enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable experience overall.We love the location of this resort. We had young children with us and there are plenty of fun things for them to do. We did not have any problem waiting on elevators at all.There were some minor issues:The lamps in the some of bedrooms are very wobbly and hard to reach the knobs. No overhead working lights in some of the bedrooms as well.We had to contact the management company because there was no Keurig (which we had inquired about prior to arriving and been assured there was one) and there was no working can opener. Julia from the management company was helpful and gave us codes to get them from other units but would be better if they had a checklist to make sure all items were there and working before clients arrived.The unit is spacious and was very clean. We would consider staying in this unit again.

Awesome Getaway

We def enjoyed our stay . Condo was awesome and clean. Only drawback are the lack of elevators for 32 floors of rooms Other than that great place !!

Wonderful trip! The Condo lives up to its billing. Best balcony and view on the Gulf! Best email communications for pre-trip advice. Very clear instructions and easy check in. We will be back. Jason M Birmingham
