The Space:
Nestled on 5 acres, our inviting retreat offers a warm, rustic ambiance for a cozy stay. The vaulted-ceiling great room filled with sunlight provides a spacious gathering area, complemented by an open-concept living space with large windows showcasing nature's beauty. Relax on plush sofas, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the indoor stove. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and granite countertops, perfect for cooking and socializing, with options to dine inside at the adjacent table or al fresco on the spacious wraparound deck amidst mountain air.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the retreat boasts luxury Casper mattresses and fine linens in each bedroom, ensuring a restful sleep. The primary bedroom on the top floor features a king-size bed, alongside another room with twin beds. The main floor includes two more bedrooms, each comfortably furnished. For convenience, the lower living area has a convertible sofa sleeper, and with three full bathrooms equipped with fresh towels and toiletries, comfort is guaranteed for all guests. Outside, enjoy private views, a hot tub, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a nearby creek that offers delightful exploration opportunities for children.

Our smart home features make accessing the home stress free! You will receive your personalized code to enter the property 3 days prior to arrival. We suggest you download and save the access codes, WiFi instructions, and directions to the property prior to making the drive, as cell phone service can be spotty in the Catskill region.

Our mountain retreat is conveniently located just a short drive away from both Hunter and Windham Mountains. The renowned Hunter Mountain, known for its skiing and snowboarding opportunities during the winter months. During the summer, the mountain transforms into a haven for hiking, and mountain biking enthusiasts. Windham also offers four-season activities, including skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and climbing, swimming, golfing, biking and hiking in the summer.

Getting Around:
Bringing or renting a car is highly recommended as Uber, Lyft and Taxi service in the area can be extremely limited. Four-wheel drive is encouraged in the winter months for safety on potentially slick and snowy roads.
