Welcome to our spacious A-frame mountain home nestled in the beautiful Big Bass Lake Community of the Pocono Mountains. Whether you're planning a family retreat or a getaway with friends, this home is the perfect destination for relaxation and adventure, including a beautiful spacious deck with a fire pit, an outdoor barrel sauna, and a full game room downstairs with air hockey, foosball, and a 75” Smart TV.

The space
Family-Friendly Features:
No Age Limit for Youngest Guests: Families with little ones, rejoice! Kids under 3 years old do not count towards the maximum occupancy of 9 people, allowing space for families of up to 12.

Bedroom Layout:
With 4 bedrooms and a variety of bed options, there's something for everyone. Bedroom #1 has two twin beds, bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed with a twin mattress pull-out, bedroom #3 has bunk beds with an additional under-bed twin pull-out for the kids, bedroom #4 has a single twin bed offers privacy and convenience.
The big hit of the home is the private master loft suite boasts a California King bed.
Note: The loft is an open space on the top floor and does not have a bedroom door or bathroom on that floor, see photos for reference.

Indoor Comfort:
-Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with mini-split air conditioning and heat units on all three floors. There is no A/C in the individual bedrooms. Each bedroom is individually zoned with electric baseboard heating for cozy winters.

-Modern Amenities: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. A complete home water filtration system ensures fresh water, and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

-Entertainment: A 75” Smart TV with LED Backlighting, plus a 50” Smart TV in the main floor living area, provides entertainment options for all ages.

-Game Room: Keep the fun going with air hockey, foosball, the 75" TV, and chess right in front of the fireplace.

Other things to note
Parking: There is parking available for up to 3 vehicles during winter months.
The slope of our driveway goes downward, so it's important to have a dependable snow-ready vehicle during your stay. A preferable choice would be a car equipped with both 4-wheel drive and reliable snow tires.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
