This house is located approx. 1.5 KM to the main Parksville Beach. Approx. 15 min walk to beach access from the front door!

This Mexican Themed Full house with inhouse suite sleeps 10 adults comfortably plus children-Great for multi or big families wanting to travel together! Three very large bedrooms all with their own full bathrooms! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main house with a bachelor suite built in that has its own separate door, open concept room, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, pull out sofa bed and full bathroom. The main part of the house has the master bedroom upstairs, bathroom, full washer and dryer, main living room with sofa bed, full open concept kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. There're double doors that lead onto the large south facing deck with mountain views, ample seating and BBQ for gathering or lounging in the sun. The downstairs open concept entertainment room has a queen bed, full bathroom, mini closet, sofa bed, foosball table, games, projector theatre area with sound system, DVD player with DVDS, WII gaming system, HDMI hookup. 

This 1800Sq/FT AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED home comes completely outfitted for your care free vacation!

Please note this is a shared driveway with another rental house at the back of the property. This house is at the front of the property. The property has a huge yard and designated smoking/Vaping area by the carport.

**There're outside security cameras facing away from the house entrances for security purposes***

Four *marked* Parking spots on property and lots of street parking available OutFront. There is enough room for boat parking/trailers or large vehicles OutFront of the house on the street. Please do not block the driveway.

Foster Park (children's playground, pavilion, walking trails, playing field) is 4 min walk from the front door.

Just a short walk and you are on the world renown sandy beaches of Parksville Bay and the community park where many of our local events take place; music in the park, local show and shine car show, Canada Day, Fireworks and more.

We loved the home we stayed in. It had alot of space for everyone. The home was equipped with lots of needed things in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. We all slept comfortable. Outside you had lots of space for playing games and gathering with everyone. Lots of parking on the property and on the street if needed. A quiet street too. We will re-book this property again. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Great base for a Parksville Getaway
The place was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, was super comfortable and was so well set up for kids. We had a great time. Only thing would be that it would be nice to have an indoor dining table, but when it wasn’t raining we were able to all eat together out on the deck.
