About this property

Welcome to our Palm Springs escape, close to all the attractions that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. Take a break to relax in the private pool, hot tub, and hammock. There is also a larger community pool with a terrific mountain view as well as a tennis court to enjoy. We hope you find peace in our colorful flower garden and courtyard. This place is not ideal for young kids or those who cannot swim as the pool does not have a gate. Dogs are allowed with a $50 per dog fee (max of 3 dogs).
Due to the cost of natural gas doubling in January of 2023 in CA, we will be dropping the pool temp to 82, and the spa to 100. If you want the temp raised, we will charge $50 a day.

Great stay in Palm Springs with family

Great location, large living room with plenty of seating, updated kitchen with large kitchen/dining table. Lovely pool/jacuzzi and outdoor courtyard. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms was perfect for our group. Only suggestion is that bathrooms could be updated.

Awesome home!!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, organized, and had everything needed for a beautiful family stay!! The communication with the owners was very easy and pleasant! Would definitely love to visit again!

We're a family of 5 who live in Washington state. We love to garden, go to kids parks, and the beach (even on cold days). We bought the Palm Springs home back when we lived in Arizona so we could meet our Los Angeles family half way. We love hosting and have been doing it on and off since 2015. We strive to use eco friendly products, and not be wasteful when possible. We love our property and try to keep it constantly updated, replenished, and in great shape.

We love that the property has a private bathroom for each bedroom. We also like that it has plenty of outdoor spaces. Now that many people work from home, private space is more important than ever.
